Cool little drone for the beginners. Decent video quality, easy to connect to a smartphone. Took me a little time to get used to, it’s very lightweight and easily blown off course by wind. So be sure to practice in open area with zero obstructions and definitely be sure to get spare parts and extra batteries. Because it has a short flight time and will easily break if it crashes into a hard surface.

this is my first true drone. I wanted something light, that could take decent pictures with my phone when camping and kayaking. This little guy did not disappoint. There is a brief learning curve, so i suggest you find an empty low wind field the first couple times you take it out. The battery life isn't the best, but that is to be expected

It's not bad until it hits wind, and trim drifts off as the flight progresses even indoors. One of the controller levers gets stuck and one of the shoulder buttons is jammed. The front landing stalks break off if you fold it in the wrong order. Don't use a phone with side buttons in the controller.It looks good and is nippy enough. Get at least one extra battery. Not bad value for under $100

I got two of these for my kids as gift along with separate carry case. They enjoy the ease of use, but still learning the controls. The battery life is not as long as expected but the product is durable. One suggestion is to make the phone carrier a little stronger in lieu of the mock antenna stubs. But overall, seems to be a great entry level drone in my opinion. We plan on taking backpacking for some vids/pics as a small durable package in the case, will have to take some extra batteries.

Got this as a present. Read the instructions and watch some videos (recommend) charged the battery got everything ready to go. I knew that the first thing to do was to trim the drone (the video was handy). Synced the remote and drone and hit the take-off button. Trimmed the drone and, after several adjustments, it was flying perfectly. Flew a few minutes with no problems. My skill is improving each day. This is a great little drone. It’s been windy today, so didn’t get to fly it. I did try flying with my iPad instead of controller. That was fun and easier to watch fpv. Love it.

Good clone drone for the price. Plastic that holds the props is too brittle though. I don't know if the one sent to me has been sitting in stock for a long time and became very brittle coz I haven't heard of this problem from other buyers of this product. Just picking up the pieces makes them crumble like a cookie.

This is the best compact drone for these money. Its enough stable and easy to be controlled, even by novice. I bought this drone as a birthday present for my nephew. He said likes to drive this drone because it is easy to control and the response is very sensitive. But this is a bit erratic. He said had to learn to master it better, and now he trains his drone on the big grass every day. He uses the recommended app and the time is well controlled. Looking at the video on your phone through this app is very interesting. This is a more advanced drone, but it's absolutely fun. He said he also likes to provide remote controls. I highly recommend this product

This little drone is just that, little. But it flies pretty well inside, has been too windy to go outside. I am on my second as the first one had an issue with the right hand toggle sticking. Also had problem getting the wifi to connect with my iPhone. One issue is the prob guards: they will not stay on, coming off in flight as well as during controlled landings. I intend to glue them into place.

As a first time drone flyer, I have to say this is a fun little toy. The build quality for this drone is good. I have been playing this thing for two weeks, and crashed a lot of times, both indoors and outdoors. Scratched are all over the drone body and blades, but it still works no problem. There are a few incident where I fly this thing outdoor. It crashes onto the building at two story height, and it landed on a concert driveway. The blade guards where all over the places, one landing leg were detached from the body, and the battery where 3 Ft. away. Put everything back together, and this thing is back to alive. Trying to fly this little thing outdoor is a challenge, a little bit of wind blows this thing out of control. The live view has a half second or so delay. Overall, it is a well building fun little toy.

The shipment of this drone was quick, the price is perfect, my son even calls it "epic". It's not a negative, but the only downside to the experience was having to calibrate the compass and gyroscope. The drone would not takeoff as expected when we took it out of the box. There wasn't any info in the packet but after a quick YouTube search, I was able to find an easy video that described downloading the app, placing the drone on a flat surface, and tapping the compass and gyroscope buttons to calibrate. After that, the drone launched to 5ft and just hovered. Brilliant! I highly recommend this drone, especially if it's for your kids.

I am completely new to the drone game and purchased this one thinking it a practice device to learn on in preparation for a larger device more robust device. What I have discovered is that this little drone is a seriously cool device and because of its relative ease of use and gentle nature during the learning process, this is a very capable device. Although there is a 7-minute flight time per full battery charge, I see it as an oppertunity to get up to speed with efficency and good clean technique while building experience. If I can learn to fly in a close course of my making , open space will be no big deal!! I like this little drone of mine!! I recommend it highly.

Got this drone for my S.O for Christmas, wanted to get him something fun but something that he would actually get some use out of as well. This fit the bill PERFECTLY. He is an outdoorsman so the photo/video option is great to catch some outdoor action shots but also a fun little toy to fly around both indoors and outdoors. Brought lots of laughs and smiles to the family as this thing whirred around the kitchen and living room on Christmas Day. The controls are easy to use once you get the hang of them and while learning the drone took a few spills to the ground and held up 100% each time. I loved how easy this drone was to fly. One button to launch and one to land made it even better to learn without the fear of crashing on take off or landing. This is a great drone - especially for the price! The pictures are very good and it is pretty easy to control. We got it for my 13 year old for Christmas and he flies it very well. The only thing he has difficulty with is making it hover. It seems to always move, even when he tries to keep it in one spot by manipulating the remote. I'm sure he will figure that out with some practice. I would not recommend using it on a windy day, because it got away from him one day when it was windy and we had to go searching for it. Also, we ended up painting the landing clips red to make it easier to see in the event that it doesn't land where he expects.

I disliked that it felt a little cheap i don’t know why I was expecting to feel something harder but I guess it needs to be really light material for it to fly. Although It does look like the pictures, has lights and comes with the bumpers for when your first trying to fly it as well with a mini screwdriver for the batteries compartment so that’s nice. It’s really compact and I’m still kinda scared I might break it but I already crashed it on my first flight and thanks to the bumpers there was no visible damage to the drone. A bit of advise for anyone who purchased this, make the first flight outside because if you panic and loose control and your indoors your drone might crash into something valuable.

This a fun drone. Love the Camera and live video feature. Pretty clear picture. It folds and is compact. I have included pictures. Keep in mind my hands are small. The altitude hold was useful for some of us. The boys said it was fast and they loved how they could make it roll. So far, it has been a big hit with our family.

I'v never used a drone before. This one seemed easy enough. The manual was not too useful tho. Easier to find how to videos on youtube. Strong winds will interfere with the flight, so please expect that. Batteries won't last long at all, so carry around extras if you can. I did not use a micro sd card on the drone, I'm fine with taking pictures and videos directly from the phone. All in all, not too bad for a beginner like me.

Pretty decent little drone for the price , flys pretty well in low altitudes but the first time I took it up fairly high it did not have enough forward thrust to fight a fairly light wind and then the search was on after it crashed down through the trees in a neighbors yard. Second time I went up high it started loosing altitude due to dying battery and was lodged in a tree in my backyard and this thing is small and hard to see. I finally shook enough limbs for it to fall and break the rear arm and now I’m waiting on parts to try and get it flying again.

This Quadcopter made me very happy. It's not very big. I don't like its size. It has four propellers to help it take off. These propellers turn very fast. It has a camera on its head. You can link to it on your phone. The camera has very high definition. What I love about it is that it also has a remote control to control its flight. Then I can simply watch video and control it . It can fly very high ,I couldn't believe it. Whenever my day off. I would play it in my backyard. I can see my neighbor's roof, street and trees on my mobile phone. My My child chased it and laughed happily. This is a fantastic quadcopter. All My family like it very much. The only thing I don't like it is that it's too small. I don't like its size. But it's still pretty good.

This drone is pretty cool, I bought it for my husband. It's very lightweight, the drone has held up to use well. It has not broken, even with multiple crashes. LOL! My husband initially had issues with the remote and controlling it. With some trial and error, he has figured it out. The remote is cheaply made. The camera took some cool photos. My husband said the instructions could be better.

The drone is small and so is the user manual. I wound up taking a picture of a page and then expand it on my cell phone/tablet. Grammar was not the best. Too many holes in the instruction. By that I felt sometime that should have added a step or two between the steps in the user guide to give us a more detained step by step instruction. For the expensive price point, I had already braced myself for disappointment. Supringely the more I fly it , I really like the little bugger. It can take a beating from crashing and still fly after being recovered from the crash site. Somewhat short flight time but enough you can get some shots. It cant take alot of wind. In low wind it is very responive and video is awesome. Being a beginner at drones, I didnt want to crash an expensive one. Great for begineers.

Nice quad with good build quality that folds nicely into a really compact form. Very stable, has a good yaw rate, suitable for beginners and more experienced pilots. 500Mah battery gives quite long flight time once cycled a few times. Parts seem reasonable as well. Grab an extra battery in the deal imo, as batteries could be cheaper. Extra lights on the motor arms would be nice for night flying, but it would then lose its scale look i guess. If i completely trashed it...would want another one.

Mostly worked as advertised and you get what you pay for. Live video works although quality of video isn't great, but again that's what I paid for. One key take off/landing works well. 3d flip was fun especially with camera recording. App works pretty well. I haven't tried to control it with the app very much but have used the features. My biggest problem is with it's ability to maintain a stable hover. I would always have to hover and adjust the trim but, even standing still in a hover it would begin to drift. This was a problem when I would fly and then stop. It wouldn't stop and hover it would immediately drift which caused me often to overcorrect into walls etc.

Very Nice little drone for beginners!! Very steady flight with altitude hold. It gets blown around in the wind a little but has fast enough maneuverability that an experienced pilot won't have a problem in light winds. You get a little more than you pay for in my opinion. Records video and takes pictures that save directly to your phone or an external SD memory card, not included. Im very satisfied and is a Fun little indoor bird for beginner pilots.

I have to say I'm impressed, I have the DJI pro and when I saw this I decided to order it for fun, but when I tested it out I was impressed with the little jr Drone It handles really well I was able to fly it inside. At first, when hovering it would float to the left, but when I adjusted the trim it fixed the problem right away, better than any other drone for this price range that I have ever had. I can even fly it in the house as well as outside it is that good. I will take this with me on my travels since it is so small and lightweight. The battery life lasted longer than I expected, most drones this size, well at least the ones I have tested last only 5 to 7 minutes of real flying time. This one was over 10 minutes. I would still recommend ordering extra batters as I am going to do.

Drone is well build, and great for beginners like me. However, the user manual that comes with the Skyhawk drone is barely adequate. Hard to read, very small print and a bad translation from Chinese. Fortunately, videos on YouTube have much better instruction and a lot more detail on the product. Much better than the user manual!

This is a pretty basic starter drone, which is exactly what we needed. We purchased this for a real estate business in order to take video of the properties that we are listing. It took a little bit to get the hang of it, but it was fairly smooth sailing for the most part. The only thing that we disliked was the difficulty in keeping the cell phone in place within the little tray of the remote control. It kept slipping free. Ultimately we had to get creative with a restraint system, but it all worked out alright.

This is my 3rd drone I got with a camera and to be hones, this drone is the best you can get for the price. At first it might look like just a pretty drone with foldable arms and a futuristic look, but once you fly it once you will see that it flies just as good as how it looks. Charge time is fast about 1.5 hours and last a good 8 minutes for me. It is extrimely light with a grippy texture making it feel of a nice quality. It has altitude hold which is crazy cool for something this cheap, and has auto take off and landing. Basically, this little thing flies amazing and smooth in one spot. Even with a little wind it still manages to keep up, and putting it on its highest mode helps it break the wind very well. The camera itself is good for something of this price range, making it perfect for someone getting into the hobby of drones with cameras. The app connects immediately and did not crash once. Again, this drone is just awesome.

This is a fantastic drone if you're just starting out. It flies incredibly stable, even outdoors so long as the wind isn't too strong. The first night I got it I made the mistake of trying to fly it at dusk. I crashed it into the back of a house around two stories high and it crashed to the ground and I thought for sure it was done. Wrong! There wasn't a scratch on it and it still worked perfectly. I've been going to an open field near me since to get used to flying it.

After a long wait the quad was finally delivered. Charged up the battery and I was pleasantly surprised that it flew quite well. After a few minutes of stable hovering it started to drift backwards. Trimming it works fine as it keep it more or less in the same spot. Then it started to drift forward and I had to trim it back. After the test flight I had great difficulty removing the battery from its compartment. I did not have the same issue with the other battery that I had ordered together

I have bought a few drones before, and this one is by far the easiest to use. I have used this drone for over one week by now, about twice a day. It has pretty long battery life. If you purchase the drone, you will need to push the battery all the way in. When I first bought it, I thought I got a defect product, but then realized that I just need to push the battery in.

I have never flow a drone before, so based on the reviews I. Read this seemed like the one to try. The drone is awesome I had a piece of landing gear come off during a flight, so I reached out the there aswesome customer service team and they sent me out a whole new kit with landing, blade and all at no charge. I do find the drone a little hard to fly base on the fact that it is very fast and the controls are very sensitive, but it is well worth the purchase.

My first drone! Glad to had bought this one as others I've looked at look cheap. This one's compact and easy to open up and collapse to carry around. Just be careful with tucking the wings in but I'm glad it comes with extras. This is a fun drone to fly around. Not going to lie, it has slightly advanced settings but I'm glad I got this instead of a beginner drone as I don't have to buy an upgraded model. Charging was a breeze and the battery life is so far so good. Overall satisfied!

We bought this drone for our 5 year old so that we can get the hang of how to operate one and it is awesome! We very quickly got up and running and are enjoying using it. We definitely recommend making sure that you fly it somewhere that there is very little wind. For the price, you really can't beat this - we highly recommend it!

I bought this drone as a birthday present for my nephew. He said likes to drive this drone because it is easy to control and the response is very sensitive. But this is a bit erratic. He said had to learn to master it better, and now he trains his drone on the big grass every day. He uses the recommended app and the time is well controlled. Looking at the video on your phone through this app is very interesting. This is a more advanced drone, but it's absolutely fun. He said he also likes to provide remote controls. I highly recommend this product, packaging is very strong

After several hours of playing drones with Skyhawk Drone, as a drone this toy is very fun, the quality of video and image capture is also good. However, this drone can not stand the conditions of a strong wind so it needs to be careful when using it. Or you will lose it. An additional tutorial is needed to explain the functions on the remote controller. Like how the drone can return to the starting point and fly using a predetermined trajectory.

For this price, this is probably one of the better drones out there. I’m a drone enthusiast and have flown many different (and expensive) drones. This product is a lot of fun to fly but if you’ve never flown one before, you want to be careful. The cheaper the drone, the more difficult to control.

Reasonably nice starter drone to get a feeling what it's all about. Surprisingly full-featured remote control, with pro modes and various extra features. One missing thing is a battery percentage indicator in the Android app. It's quite a lot of fun!

This drone was well worth it. It was my first time flying a drone and surprisingly it was easy to control. Setting up was simple as well with just a couple of steps. The drone flew high and lasted about 10 minutes per charge. There are YouTube channels with instructions if you’re having difficulties. My family loves it so I’m planning to purchase another one.

I had some concern about its durability after reading reviews before ordering. But i am happy to tell you that it is performing very well after playing it daily for past three weeks. I have smashed it against walls, floors and others numerous times and it is still working well.

Bought this drone for my 12 year old son and he loves it so far. It's a small drone but flies nice. We downloaded the app and got a nice live view from the phone; it does have a very minimal lag time like other reviews talk about but overall not bad. Even though the drone looks better and folds without the blade gaurds, we put them on until my son becomes a more consistent drone pilot. So far we are pleased with it.

I'm looking forward to buying a drone for first time. The first thing I saw when I opened the package, I liked the look of the drone. After a little bit of testing, the drone was very fast and very sensitive, it landed very well, it had a lot of video clarity, and it was very good overall. And then it was basically in the hands of our daughters, and they loved it.

Quick review... the good things about this drone are: easy to setup and start flying, battery life of 6-7 minutes, stability adjustments work well, remote is easy to use, range is good for use in backyard, product is put together pretty well. Overall, a good beginner drone to play with and fine tune your flying skills. For less than $100 shipped, I recommend it.

Fast shipment and delivery of the Skyhawk Drone. Matches exact the desciption on the site and compels fully to my expectations. For this price I didn't expect much quality, but it really feels like a solid build. I ordered two extra batteries. Heard much of this mini pocket drone. Can't wait to read the instruction manual and actually fly it. For now? I am very happy with this one. It comes in with extra propellers and protectors (no need to attach if you don't want to). I think this is what I want, It's not expensive and has many functions. I gave it to my niece as a Christmas present .My niece Like it very much. Although he needs time to familiarize himself with the operation, now he has fallen in love with it.

Overall, I liked it as an entry-level one. I took it in a set with a handbag, it is convenient (I advise) to store and carry it. The price and quality correspond. The protection for the propeller blade flies off very quickly. Great Buy!!!

This drone is super easy to set up and get started flying especially with the 1 touch takeoff/land buttons and altitude hold. super stable in start up mode even if you accidently hit something it can level out pretty quick. its pretty light and made of plastic but so far seems pretty durable! Ive wrecked mine a ton on some windy days onto concrete, my yard (super gnarly wreck} and in my garage. so far no issues, except I lost my front right landing gear somewhere. all in all Id recommend it to anyone starting out or like me just an extra drone to have fun with with decent flight time!

Awesome! I have always wanted to purchase a drone, now I finally have and I love it! It's pocket size so you can take it pretty much anywhere. Charging takes about an 1hr, and fly time is about 10-12 minutes. Instructions and set up took a few minutes, overall I'm happy with my purchase!
